Abbey Park in Kenilworth on a bitterly cold morning, and this digger operator was all wrapped up, and looked like they were back filling a freshly dug trench which had been there for a good couple of days - located just behind the digger.

I believe it concerned the water board in some way but could see no trace of any pipes, but felt very sorry for the operator, it was freezing!!
