Mystery Neighbours

It rained overnight and looks like more could be in store for this morning.

We have a round window, on the staircase up to the roof, which gives us a good view up the street.

The big house with the two furled umbrellas on the roof seems to be someone’s holiday house. It’s massive with the beach right at the end of the back garden. Strangely, they’re hardly ever there!

I think I’d be using it more if I was them, but then each to their own! (Dog philosophy 101).

To their credit they do have a dog.

Their main house must be special. I bet it’s in the city. Probably right next to a dog park, with a butcher’s shop next door. Now, that’s my idea of luxury!
