Feather on Water

Out to Deerness looking for migrant birds. A few people in Orkney and Shetland have seen pied flycatcher, ring ouzel and the like the last couple of days. i found a blackcap, a few chiffchaff and a goldcrest. Not unusual but nice to find. also about- raven, wheatears, shovelers, bonxie, tystie, a pair of red-throated divers etc. But the image is of a single feather because it was close and it did not fly away.
