Little Bluebell...
I'm enjoying all the lovely bluebell shots on blip at the moment. It's my favourite flower. So you can imagine my delight when I opened one of my Christmas gifts from my best friend Agnes (when we had our belated Christmas get together a couple of weeks ago) to find this gorgeous little bluebell necklace. I've worn it almost every day since and it has fast become a treasured possession :-))
I had hoped to photograph some real bluebells today but time ran away from me, so hopefully they will last until I can get my act together.
D was up early and off just after 9am to Leven to meet Keith for golf. The highlight of my day was the second of four RPS Master the Essentials of Photoshop workshops with Celia Henderson. I am enjoying it so much I have signed up to her Flowers and Photoshop Creative Photography modules in September / October. Hopefully by then I will have mastered the basics!
Fabulous news announced by our First Minister at lunch time. Scottish mainland (apart from Moray region) moving from Level 3 to Level 2 restrictions this coming Monday.
It was initially intended that, at level 2, up to 4 people from no more than 2 households could meet indoors, however that's been extended to up to 6 people from 3 households allowed to meet indoors.....and hugging allowed too!
Wonderful, long awaited news!
