More stamps

The Road Runner’s magazine arrived today with a new collection of stamps.

A good day. The morning was busy with picture hanging, ironing, book sorting, the visiting window cleaner, etc all whilst the weather was sunny and dry. 

Then it rained!!! I wasn’t bothered as I busy watching an on line talk, The Siege of Leningrad, provided by the Union Jack Club in London. It’s the first that I’ve watched and it was most interesting. We have visited St Petersburg, the former Leningrad, so I had considerable background knowledge of the subject. 

It had just finished when the Tesco’s delivery arrived, it was still raining. But believe it or not B has headed out to coach athletics on a beautiful sunny evening. 

It pays to be patient!! 

I’ve added an extra.....a picture of the bookcase with the outer layer of books removed, so that you can see the ones behind on the top three shelves. A bit of a odd collection!!
