Tea time

The Mahjong group had almost finished afternoon tea before I thought to think of taking a photo. Coffee and walnut cake, pineapple and coconut cake and shortbread had disappeared very quickly. We were lucky to be outside in a week of mixed weather. Today was sunny and breezy.
We discussed returning to playing MahJong again. We have decided to take it gently at first, playing the game for a short while, then having tea and cake. For eighteen months we have been having either Zooms or tea parties on our Mahjong day and of course unable to play. From next week we will be allowed to be indoors together and look forward to playing again, hoping we can remember how to play this complicated game. We are looking forward to playing again but would also miss our chats, so for the time being we are going to combine the two.
