mima looking magestic

It was my first visit to mima (Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art) on Friday. I timed it well as it was the first day of a new exhibition by Haroon Mirza. The mima website describes it properly but to me it was a bit bonkers, but strangely hypnotic.

After this civilised start to my trip, things quickly got rather less so.... a glitter-strewn gig at Stockton's Georgian Theatre, dancing in Ku Bar and my first proper Parmo. Brilliant.
