Mothers Day Cake

Today I had to get up early to go to my football match just like all Sundays. My football team train on Fridays and play matches on Sunday mornings. My team is 3rd in our league. Today we went to play a team quite far away. It was a good match and we won 3-0.

When we got home I made Mum a Mothers day card whilst she was at her Mum's house to give her presents. When she got home we gave her all her presents. She loved them! Then we had a delicious lunch which Dad made. It was a roast dinner followed by a really nice cake Dad and my brother made. That is it in the photo. Here is the recipe

Now we are watching some telly and can't wait for the Dancing On Ice Final tonight!
