Fiery Upside Down Pineapple Chicken

Yesterday's dinner was the 'Fiery Upside Down Pineapple Chicken' by Jack Monroe in the May issue of Delicious magazine, today's lunch was a store bought Caesar Salad kit with some of the left-over chicken, I enjoyed trying out the recipe and will no doubt make it again, if you have the magazine you should give it a go :)
