Tattie Croquets

So after a cracking wee meal yesterday, there was a fair bit of mash potatoes left over.....so it was out with the egg wash and ruskoline and hey presto Potato Croquets are created!!

Into the freezer they will go and then they will be enjoyed at a future date.
