Mothers Day!

Woke up to glorious sunshine and breakfast in bed!
Lovely dog walk at Leanachan where it was actually quite warm in the sun; maybe a slightly different story in the shadows of the trees! Weirdly the afternoon has brought some hailstones and snow flurries mixed in with the sunshine.
Out for Mothers Day lunch with my Mum; on left in the picture and my mother and father in law, Mr Cakes and L and S. Delicious lunch at our favourite restaurant again!
Lewis's Nigella custard sponge was a big success. A big slice of that sustained us between our walk and our lunch out. I can now feel a very chilled out Sunday evening coming on.....
