Laxton's Fortune Blossom

Thank you for all the kind hearts and stars yesterday. I know they weren't for the quality of the photography but for what I wrote. Blippers are such a lovely bunch of people.

There isn't any progress on funeral arrangements for my MiL nor on travel plans. Some conversations taking place later on. These things are never easy but Covid, as so many people have discovered, makes everything trickier.

I was drenched by the time my morning walk took me to the Community Orchard so I thought I might as well stop and take a few snaps. This is the blossom of the Laxton's Fortune apple tree with the cherry blossom still hanging on behind. The showers are prodigious but the sun, when it appears, is warm.
