Glorious Food, Wonderful Food

On Saturday Kitchen a rather lovely Italian Chef was on, cooking easy peasy Carbonara. 

No Cream. Absolutely No Cream.  Egg Yolks, 1 egg, two types of cheese, bacon (or similar). 

It looks lush. I lusted after it. 

Himself made it for me on Sunday. 

I posted a photo on Instagram.   The Chef himself liked it.  

I was chuffed. 

I didn't tell him I didn't make it.
