Happy Birthday…

…to me!

Working in politics and having an early May birthday frequently means they will clash.

Spent today working with Es on Get Out The Vote on our home patch…with wee pit stops home for MrR to refuel us.

Then managed some cake and fizz at close of poll because no counting happening tonight.

The close of what has been a strange old campaign. Not a strange old birthday as birthdays and elections quite often intertwine for me.

Grateful that I was working on my home patch and grateful I could have cake and fizz and a good nights sleep…I need it at my age!
