I've got my eye on you...

We had a lovely walk today to somewhere new courtesy of the 'All Trails' app;  North Downs Way and Reigate Circular.  It was a nice 9km which thankfully did not have us climbing up the side of the Downs!

Came home, kids did their own thing.  I had some me time; pile of ironing and watching Sir LH (#LH44) put the young pretender in his place!!  I don't want to hear any 'Its only because he has the best car!'  This year that is far from certain and anyway, since F1 began the best drivers have always had the best or nearly the best cars.  It was ever thus with Michael Schumacher, but all the LH dissers seem to overlook that particular fact.  The fact that his team mate in the same machinery can't extract the same results would suggest that there is something more to it.  I also think Lewis' records now speak for themselves.  

After supper, I went in search of some wildlife for the golden hour.  This chap was quite happy to pose outside my folk's kitchen window.  Again, it was a tough choice between this, the Robin redbreast and the nutty blue tit.  

Topped the day off with the new BBC 9pm show - In Pursuit of Love.  Not quite LoD, but it was nevertheless quite fun!
