Happy Mother's Day!

They've all been very lovely. Breakfast, cards, cuddles and television in bed - new series Daria and a couple of retro Charlie and Lola's to reminisce over how the kids have changed. Wrapped up to the nines for football in the cold and wind but rewarded with a 4-1 victory and J scoring the first goal. Roast lunch and jazz, and games of cards, what would you rather and rock, paper, scissors at our favourite Chiswick lunch haunt and now home to fall asleep in front of Matilda (me and A) / various football matches (C and J).

The day will end with me and C heading to the Southbank for an evening of Mirth hosted by Sandi Toksvig.

Thanks to my lovely family for a top day.

And a happy Mother's day to my mom who is hopefully avoiding the rain in Spain which seems to mainly be falling in the valley.
