Queen bee

A picture of a lovely new frame that has been drawn out over the last few weeks.

A very busy day!

Q had hockey and Z took indie to a cafe.

Home to find another swarm, from my bees this time. Which I boxed up.

Then at last, after about three weeks of terrible weather I finally had an oppertunity to go and inspect the bees.

Mostly good.

Then off to friends hive that recieved the swarm from a couple of weeks ago. The bees seem happy.

Then to wickes to pick up some wood. Which has been turned into a swarm collection box as I've run out of space. Bit of a bodge job but it was a prototype so I'm ok with that.

First walk with Barley for a while. Ankle held well and Barley was as happy as he could be.
