In the Orchard

Worcestershire is particularly resplendent currently with so much blossom.  This afternoon we went over to Bridgnorth to meet up with some friends.  To get there we had to go across country through some very pretty Worcestershire villages.  Ir poured with rain later in Shropshire at our friends but we had a good catch up .

This is the first time we have left Dad at home by himself for this long.  i offered him a sandwich left in the fridge for his tea.  I made sure he had his sunday lunch at least and he said he would be able to get himself something at tea time.  We got home just before 8 and Dad was already in bed asleep.  Not much sign of him having had much to eat.    We bumble along...
