Swifts, Swallows and Martins.

This is one of my favourite spots for birding, and it’s within walking distance of our cottage. RSPB North Warren is a bit of a poor relation to Minsmere, and this viewing platform over the fen seems to be a lesser known part of the reserve. At this time of year, you are guaranteed Marsh Harriers and Hobbys, both of which were year ticks. On the way, we saw our first Swifts and as we arrived, so it seems did a good number of House Martins followed by Swallows.
