Invasive cabbage patch

Noticed this spread of skunk cabbage in the National Park today. Think it'll have to be cut back or removed, else it'll take over. First recorded in the wild in 1947 in Surrey, it was introduced from Western North America as an ornamental plant in 1901. Since then it has spread across Britain, particularly in southern and western areas.
