Dandelion

And following yesterday's daisies, a dandelion!!
This just looked so yellow and the petals are all still so perfect.
I googled "A weed is ..." and the following poem came up:

A weed is a flower in the wrong place,
a flower is a weed in the right place,
if you were a weed in the right place
you would be a flower;
but seeing as you’re a weed in the wrong place
you’re only a weed –
it's high time someone pulled you out.

But as this dandelion is growing in our wildflower meadow - it is in the right place and nobody will be pulling it out!
