Notes: Awake 3a-something and then dozed till 5a and up for the day. Headed out on the bike around 630a as beautiful orange lit the eastern horizon. Got 1/2 mile out and realized I'd left my water sitting on the counter and turned around, back up to 5th floor. Did 15 miles then, felt pretty good. Big plate of eggs with smoked salmon and avocado and side salad. 11a showing with the CA guy - was hoping for a more positive response but he is thinking about it.
