Walking up the path this was the sight that met my eyes.

We only managed to ski for one day, which was a shame. It rained and rained, then it blew a gale, so the resort was closed for one day, some of the more hardy skiers did manage half a day on Wednesday, we're not that daft.

Hotel was excellent as usual, staff are very friendly, we have been going there for years so they all know us.

I think that this will be our last ski trip. Roy struggled yesterday, he said it was because his nose was blocked (he's had a cold) and he couldn't breathe properly, I think it's old age, after all he will be 75 in May.
