The Marina Community

This is DB's Marina Club and the house boats that are permanently berthed here. There are about 200 boats and I think one of the largest marinas that houses proper house boats. Some of the boats are huge with over 3 levels of housing and have lots of entertaining areas. I've loved visiting friends on these boats and have been envious, but I think I like living on solid ground.

It's a whole different lifestyle that I get to enjoy during visits or when we go to eat at the club house restaurant. I've also taught cooking classes at this club and it was nice to be greeted by the friendly staff who remembered that!! Another glorious day, weather-wise and good day all round!
