Freeze Frame

A tough day today. It was a good but hard visit in the prison. I saw Sole as I went in, she was doing some cleaning. She was having a tough time too. Good chat with Ed, and then with Stephen on the way home. Later on I had call with a friend who has some very hard news to deal with. Danny's been in and out all day finding homeless friends to return fully charged phones to, collect washing, or just catch up with. The blipped photo was a nice moment in the midst of heaviness. Nate needed a treat as Asha was taken off by friends to go watch her mate in a dance. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Friendship with Ed.
2) Videocalls.
3) Seeing Sole unexpectedly.
