Salad

It has been a pain lifting all of the plants in and out of the house and the cold frame to avoid the very late frosts,  but it has been worth it for today's salad. 

No idea what most of them are called, but there are pea shoots, Thai basil, coriander and some other spicy leaves from a packet of seeds called 'spicy leaves'. 

Also made Brioche as instructed - not true brioche I'm told, but given the amount of eggs, butter, sugar and milk it is probably the naughtiest bread ever. Very light.  Annoyingly, it could have done with another five minutes in the oven. 

More or less indoor day.  We nipped over to the allotment to plant out some lettuce.
