Setting up the entertainment

Been a very full day of house-hunting in Brisbane.

We met up with friend Sharon who drove us around in her car to areas she thought would be good and also the houses on our list.

Wow, it’s a pretty crazy market right now, glad we had her for info and local knowledge.

We went back to one property which was going to auction. We had no idea what auctions entailed, so were curious about the process. It was quite sickening really as the particular property was in need of some pretty major renovation, and it ended up going for AU$1.34M!!!!

We walked away feeling good that we didn’t bid, but gosh, that’s a lot of money for something that needed major work.

Anyway, we’ll keep looking.

Ben set up the TV once we were home.
