Man with bike and dog

Invitation for Mr B’s Citizenship Ceremony arrived (online re Covid). Will be next Friday. Brilliant.

Mr B had an emergency appointment with the dentist this morning (one more visit needed next week). Collected him, had lunch at home, then walked up to the Marriot hotel on West Cliff, and back via the town centre.

Stopped for a takeaway flat-white at Velo Domestique. They opened in town, in the Avenue Shopping Centre Mall* (*regeneration of the previous tired offer) sometime during Covid. Velo D has a well established store in Southbourne selling bikes and coffee.

The coffee was excellent. Heads straight into our top 5 here. Will be great when the inside seating is open.

A nice couple arrived on bikes. He lifted a very handsome Australian Sheepdog puppy out of a fancy carrier on his bike (see blip). A chat revealed they were the owners of the shops. That explained his fancy, custom made bike.

Need to fix Mr B’s Fitbit which isn’t syncing properly…. nite nite x
