Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mums out in Blipland and to any Grandmothers or mums to be too. My Mum died two years ago, but this is also for her and any other Mums who are no longer with us.
Mother's Day used to be called Mothering Sunday when I was a child and when we went to Sunday School we each were given a card and a daffodil to take home to our Mums. It is celebrated on the 4th Sunday of the Christian festival of Lent... Today it is big business and is celebrated regardless of your faith.
