Swan Lake

George and Zelda escorted the seven cygnets round the lake edges this afternoon. The babies are so very cute and are obviously a star attraction here!

The great crested grebes I fear may have had a demise. I could only see two chicks around but that isn't to say one wasn't asleep in the vegetation cover on the island. I'd like to hope that was the case and will check it out later this week.
