Gulp (It's A Big Ask), Aylesford

Did my duty and voted in the local elections today. I did it with a heavy heart as I know my vote won't really count as the Tories could put up a massive pile of cow dung as a candidate here and people will still choose them. However, I will always vote come hell or high water because I feel so lucky that I at least am able to do so in a democratically free county (but not if Boris is in power for much longer!).
Too many people have taken the gulp and voted for the Tories - it seems any opposition party is going to be held to much higher standards than them before they can win a meaningful election. I find that shameful and bloody depressing.
