Election Day
It's being called Super Thursday. Today there are elections not only to the Scottish Parliament but the Welsh Senedd, 143 English Councils, the London Assembly, 13 mayors in England, Police and Crime Commissioners and the Hartlepool by-election. 48 million people are eligible to vote today!
It was snowing at 6am and has rained off and on all day! The experts say there is no evidence that bad weather stops people from voting - at our local polling station there was a steady queue at lunch time and a longer one at tea time.
Out for lunch today for Mum's birthday - it's the first time we've been able to meet up with Mum and Dad since Christmas Day. They're still putting the world to rights!
