Local Elections 2021

Well that’s Election Day almost done for another year !
The chilliest one that I can recall , it was sleeting when I got up this morning at six and has been finger biting cold all day except for a short , warm interlude late morning.

I have been the lone grandparent caring for LBB whilst my beloved has sat outside a polling station . Unsurprisingly, he got very cold and has just been home to warm up , he is now back at his station with some extra layers .
The counting of the votes will be carried out differently this year , the count for our ward is tomorrow afternoon so we have a bit of a wait before we get the results.

The weather is reminiscent of the weather we experienced in Iceland exactly two years ago . Several seasons, several times in one day !
....and just like that the weekend is almost upon us !
