I'm confused

right after the birdbathwas filled this morning, these 2 appeared. This was the only halfway decent shot from our backdoor, and when I tried to get closer they left. The confusion is in what they are-I've seen the greenish yellow one a few times, and thought it might be a female Painted Bunting.. But the blue one looks more like a male Indigo Bunting than anything else. Even allowing for the wet feathers, it looks like our 2-year -old grandaughter tried to paint it (moulting?). the colors do change on both Buntings from Winter to Summer, and both types are still found in So. Florida this time of year. Or I could be totally wrong on the whole Bunting thing...
