WidWed........close

.........and I had to get close to these vines to see the colours of the leaves which are close to dropping to the ground. We are almost at the close of Autumn here in Australia. 

We drove through some heavy rain on our way south today but it’s fine here at the “other house” now. The Driver has lit the fire and all is well with the world.

The reason we ran away today was that at 7:00 this morning, four burly blokes arrived and began the demolition of our ensuite bathroom, the powder room and the upstairs dunny. The noise of the jackhammer was unbelievable! So we packed up our stuff, gave them the key and said “see ya Monday”!
