Notes: Woke very early after being up late (annoying news from crappy Carmen - ready to get her out of my life and energy for good). Tired but went thru the motions, did some work. Good session with Lauren at 11a. Rested a bit in afternoon. Was waiting on Amazon w/ Mom's Day card and trying to time it with getting it ready and catching the mail lady. This dance was about an hour long and ran out as the mail truck was leaving and just caught her. Unbelievable timing! This is chopped salad with mixed organic greens, avocado, boiled egg, black olives and raw pumpkin seeds - homemade dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and light garlic (one of my fav meals lately espec as temps heat up).
