And breathe...

I know, it's only Tuesday. However, it is my last working day of the week. My weekend has started. 

In addition, it was my last working day of the current Scottish Parliament. It dissolves tomorrow. More on that another time... perhaps. 

Thirdly, today I started phase 2 of my ancient shoulder renovation project. I had my first appointment with the physiotherapist. Coincidentally, she also used acupuncture on it. 

Ever since I have been just revelling in the end result of her handiwork. It is strange to be not just pain free, but for it to actually feel good! 

It turns out she is a former international hammer thrower. Trust me, I did whatever she asked. The phrase "she-who-must-be-obeyed" took on a new meaning.
