I think I have alluded before to the fact that Mrs K spends more on bird food than she spends on food for us. Every morning she goes out to check the bird feeders and puts little piles of seed on the ground to attract the bigger birds, mainly pigeons, blackbirds and the occasional magpie. The benefits of this of course are the chance for a few photos.
