Secure

Yesterday afternoon the wind got up, yellow wind according to the BBC weather, and it was blowing the gate open. I've not known this before and when I first noticed that the gate was open I thought I'd not closed it properly. The wind was shaking the gate until the snick jumped and thus it swung wide. I tried putting something behind it but that didn't work so I used garden wire to fasten the snick in place - this worked well. I'll have to remember to take it off!
