Tones of Autumn….

A cool early morning followed by a relatively warm autumn day. Busy busy day. I drove Keith to the Barber and I then drove to Animates where I used a bathing unit to bath Maisie. The design of the unit is such that it was easy on my lower back. I’m being very conscientious and doing my special McKenzie Institute as advised by my Physiotherapist. Keith’s hospital Physiotherapist visited early this afternoon. A lovely young woman. She’s given Keith sets of exercises to improve muscle tone and balance. Son Duncan arrived this evening and we picked up daughter Margaret from the airport late evening…. Phew…
