LD 406 Wet campaign day

At the start of the final week of Scottish Parliament campaigning comes the wettest and windiest day for weeks.   The posters are up, like these ones in Dunoon,  but the voters are not passing by, or if they are the rain - as in this shot - is blurring the detail .
