My Dad came to dinner. He is much more animated than me when speaking and prone to reminiscing. Here I was being told a story that he has repeated often about a work place accident.

He has been retired from paid employment for many years.

I doubt it will be the last time I hear the story.

We had planned to spend time doing gardening too but it was cold and windy so we quickly gave up on that idea.
