As sunset neared

Feeling rather tired after a day with more than two and a half hours of driving into the city and back, between which I was in meetings, patient contacts, or writing notes for ten and a half hours. Tuesday lunch time is our senior doctors meeting in the unit, so even lunch was a meeting.
