RAIN and wind

Torrential rain all day. 
Such a contrast to yesterday. Felt quite fed up as we spend most of our time outdoors but it really was heavy rain so I pottered around  indoors not feeling very inspired to do much.

Sat and read some of the Creative photography book then got out the camera. Blip is the rain on the kitchen window , with the vibrant red of the Pieris and the green of the maple. 
It finally stopped at 5 and the sun made a few attempts to come out so I took Fletch out for a walk. It was cold and more like Autumn than Spring. 
Half of the cherry blossom flowers have been blown off and the road has gone pink with the petals, as have the neighbours cars.
The heavy rain has returned...  sigh!
