The weather wasn’t with us today, but we were not deterred. We went for a long walk on a shale beach and on the way back the wind was fierce. It made for a bit of a slog. Rarely have I been so glad to get back to the car. 

Later on we had supper in an actual restaurant - the outdoors bit. What a treat!
