Mono Monday

What a ghastly day it’s been, horrible wind and rain since about 4pm. We have lost one tile from the roof, I heard the crash. As we have no boiler, we are just grateful for our gas fire which is providing heat in the living room. It’s not so great when we move around but we have a fan heater which we can move around. How did we survive as children with just a coal fire in the lounge? We didn’t know any difference! My cheap shot of the day as it took me all of a couple of seconds to take. My poor blue tits and great tits are having a grim time outside feeding their chicks in this windy weather but we can see they are persevering.
