The drizzle started around 8 o’clock and it got wetter as the day went on. By mid afternoon I decided a few groceries would be useful so I took the car down the hill. It was busy and it appeared that people were driving round and round the one way system looking for a parking space. I decided to try Grasmere. Not only was there plenty of parking but I got a few photos (not as sharp as they could/should have been) and the items I wanted from the Co-op.
