The Cool Pool

Another day Salmon fishing on the River Tay up at Dalguise today. Was absolutely freezing so thought this shot was appropriate - Guay in Spanish means "cool" according to wikipedia, so it must be true ;)

Had a really good day, didn't catch anything but did see some fish later in the day as things warmed up. Lots and lots of exercise so will sleep well tonight.

Diet Log:

Breakfast: Musesli breakfast bars, yogurt, banana, latte
Lunch: Soup, 2 x chicken salad wraps, fruit
Dinner: Weight Watchers creamy pesto chicken
Snack: 2 x special K bars
