Ticket to Ride

A different Sunday from normal - we decided to get the Tesco shop out of the way to free up tomorrow so we can go out somewhere for a walk and photos. It was the usual Sunday chaos in the store but we found what we wanted without too many problems.

Brian had a trip out bird watching this afternoon - only local of course. I stayed at home, watched football and caught up on emails.

I'd been looking forward to watching the Man U v Liverpool game but it was cancelled due to protests. I do not blame the protesters at all - the owners have no idea what the club means to the fans and have vastly different priorities. To them the only thing that matters is lining their already well stuffed pockets. Or offshore bank accounts, whatever!

It was our monthly takeaway night tonight (For April!! Better late than never!) I'd planned to have kebab but could not face that due to the cute lambs of yesterday so I had chips and cheese, with the garlic and chilli sauces I would have had on kebab. It's the sauces I really like anyway! Zeph  had pizza - Grace too, since the shop we chose does a good vegan range these days. I've noticed a lot of takeaways are getting on board with the vegan thing, now that it is gaining in popularity.

My Blip is my train ticket from yesterday which I kept to blip due to the cute craft punch the guard used to "clip" the ticket! I messed about with it quite a lot with Picasa.
