Stephen out so I had a night off cooking.
This is Derek's offering, and very nice it was too - simple but effective ;)
Lots of walking and a swim today to try and free up achy back (blimmin' kettlebell swings did for me yesterday).
Oh and great to see everyone at the park this morning - litter pick time again - nice and tidy now.
